F4i Hard hot start

Hi

01’ F4i doesn’t start after riding it for a while, will check its electricals tomorrow but was wondering, could a failing FPR cause a hard hot start?

Here is an extract from the manual and yes the FPR could be the issue.

I have read the manual but was wondering if ‘hard to start’ included hot start as well
