Default f4 2nd gear problems HELP!!!

Ok back to mechanic'n on my 10 year old bike!(99 F4) Ive noticed that when Im full throtle in 2nd it goes to slipp'n. Feels like the chain slipping but its not I can feel a cushion (thats the only way I know to describe it) that I belive is the clutch slipping when the tranny slips so its not real violent. but it only does it around 10 grand I think that is when I come into power so it has enough muscle to make it slip. Any one else have any similar problems? Feels like teeth missing on the gear.

I have the same feeling, I believe. Have you made sure the chain is lubed? Also it may just be cause your back is running colder for longer. It's not new anymore.

Yeah check your oil for proper level and condition. Make sure that your clutch lever isn't adjusted to tight also.

Using the wrong kind of oil can cause some slippage in the clutch..

Klots full synthetic, been running it ever since I changed the clutch a year ago. The clutch is adjusted right and oil level is proper.

Did you use one of yhose kevlar clutch kits? I've heard nothing good bout those (not that I ever used one). And has this problem been goin on since you switched to that klots krap. Does it have "friction modifiers" in it? I duuno bout the rest of ya but the LAST thing I want my oil to do is Klot. Unless I get a leak somewhere.lol
