Hi.

I have learned how to rebuild a brake capilper which unfortunatly other than the air filter and oil/filter/plugs is the limit of my skill.

I recently bought an F3 and love it although the brakes sounded funny and as brakes are not really meant to sound at all i took them off and apart to rebuild with new seals and pads. So...when i took them off the front i found that although the calipers look identical and are both Nissan the pistons in one are just over 25mm which I have checked is the correct size and the pistons in the other are 27mm. I can buy a second hand caliper to replace the 27mm right hand one. My question is does anyone know what the 27mm piston caliper is from as I am on a tight budget and would hope to recoup some money by selling it. As its near identical i would guess its from a honda? maybe a slightly bigger honda? or even a newer model CBR?
