Just be grateful you're here to tell the tale. I'd look for a dumpster!

i don't know.... it depends on whats really wrong.

you need to seperate the obviously f*cked stuff from the okay stuff. then you need to test the motor once you get it rebuilt, you need to make sure frame is straight, you need to make sure subframe is straight. --because if any of those aren't good - it's seriously not worth it

but youre into it at least $1500-$2000. and that's if nothing is majorly wrong i mean, with a tank, fairings, headlight tail light - that's alone probably 1000.

If this isnt a joke (which I think it is) what gear did you have on and how are you still walking, talking, typing etc...

Wow!!! I'm sure glad that you are around to make that post! Yikes! Just the fact that the swing arm was yanked off the bike leads me to think that there must be some issues with the frame. It is amazing that just about every part of that bike that could make contanct with hard immovable objects did. Be glad you are around to tell the tale and maybe think about a new bike.

First thing i would do if you have any real interest in trying to restore this bike. Strip everything off the frame and take it to a local machine shop/bike shop. They should be able to tell you if the frame is straight/fixabe.

That would be my starting point. Doing all the extra work just to find out it tracks wrong would be a major bummer, and a waste of money.

You are SOL - that bike is bent - so did it fall off a P/U Truck bed and get hit by an
18 wheeler or what ? Looks like it has insurance case or aution number penned on the
front tire

Update, I spent close to $600 already on buying parts. Needing a few more to get it back up to a street fighter version. I would like to think by the end up of this month (hopefully) it'll be running

Before you go crazy buying more parts, it might be a good idea to find another doner bike. It will be way cheaper, and you'll have everything you need for it.

It's been asked a few times but I haven't seen an answer yet, so I'll ask again... What happened?!?
