exhaust flange bolt alternative?

Default exhaust flange bolt alternative?
Anyone use something other than the OEM flangenuts for their exhaust/headers that actually held up overtime? My are beat up, and a few could use replacing, but at $3a nut...feels like a rip off. Thanks in advance.
