I'm with Ern. I'm not very good at mechanical things; but everytime I have an issue (I have two older bikes and lots of issues) and diagnose and then fix the problem without having someone do it for me, it makes me feel great. Besides, if you get a shop manual and use the expert advice you can get in these forums, then the wrenching really is part of the fun. I still like riding better; but riding a bike that is performing well because of things I did to it to make it work better is a big plus.

Yeah I wouldn't worry tooich about that clutch noise unless it's very loud, all cbrs I've had when the clutch is engaged makes a slight audible whirring noise

Thanks a lot guys. Im only 18 and a senior in high school. I recently joined the air force and ship out to basic in June. I've always wanted a bike do I saved up a little and bought this so I could have done fun before I leave
