When I had the old Can-O-Tuna I used to run a 10% mix in it. I got the fuel from a "Hess" station and I never noticed a difference in power or drivability....I think Honda is just covering themselfs and what they are saying is, yeah, your good to go, but here are some POSSIABLE side-effects....kinda like medication advertisments.....

I ran it in California in my 600RR and it was fine. I didn't have any ill effects at all.

Here there are only two station that I know of that don't have a 10% ethanol cut, BP and SHELL. Those are the only two stations I will use. In my '07 van I get 3-5 MPG less when I used the E10. I have never used E10 in my bike and never will. Also I know it's not related but when I bought my ECHO weed trimmer, the dealer said to never use E10 that it would drastically affect the life of the engine as well as void my warranty. The fact that E10 is a few cents cheaper is negated by the reduced MPG, not to mention the increased wear and lack of power.

Just a few from a quick 3 minute search. I'm sure if you spend some time you can find plenty.
