hi all-im grtting my bike ready for summer here in vegas[115 degrees +in july and august] ive changed my oil and filter now its time for a coolant flush and change -i heard good things about engine ice brand -anybody got any feedback -?ive already bought it .it cost me 42$ for 2 half gallon bottles-my bike seems to run hot -so im a little worried about the vegas heat this summer .....thanks in advance mike......

 

I've used it since summer 2007, keeps my 954 slightly cooler than the antifreeze mix did. We don't see the heat you do in Vegas, but we break 100 quite often.

 

yea i just put it i my bike this past weekend... my bike used to reach peak and above temp after letting it run for about 20 mins... after engine ice, it stayed on for the same amount of time and never went over half... i must say, its some good stuff

 

I use it as well, happy with it. You may want to read the bottle though. Its been a while but i dont think you need that much. Maybe i have a different brand but i think i only needed half of one bottle for mine, you dont run it straight.

the stuff i bought is engine ice brand and is pre diluted one bottle contains 1.89 liters -bikes capacity is 3.2 liters not including the resevoir maybe i should have looked around a little more for the undiluted stuff[probably cheaper] but thanks again everybody -it sounds like its good stuff mike.......

 

mines was the prediluted one.. it said dont ad water so i didnt
