Electrical starting problem

Angry Electrical starting problem

Hey guys, my cbr250rr is having some problems,

I just put in a new battery that is fully charged, all electricals are week, including all lights, horn, starter ect...

Do you know what could be the problem? I have a multimeter...

what year is that bike? wires might not be as great as they used to be. But first, does it have enough to start? Be sure all wiring is ok, clean, free of dirt, debris, water, and well insulated. Check to be sure you are getting battery voltage to all the fuses. Check battery connection and be sure there isnt high resistance in the positive and negative battery cables.
