Default Dyno..?

Does anybody out there have any kind of experience's with dynotuning bikes? I ask because i have access to a dynamometer, and i was toying with the idea of a jet kit...the dyno i have is a car dyno, but i can read exhaust value's...where can i go to find out how to accually "tune" the bike...but curiosity did kill the cat diddnt it....

I think that unless a 'load' is put on the bike that it would be difficult to tune it by exhaust gasses only. Can your bike be strapped and secured to this contraption?

I should be able to load it....i think i can put a load on the dyno, im about 90% sure, as far as strapping it down i'm sure i can get it secure...dont want to total my bike and my shop doin somethin stupid so i wouldnt even try unless i knew it wasnt goin anywhere, but as far as the number's coming out of the exhaust and what not i suppose there's screw's on the carb's ill need to turn to bring the number's down correct? where can i go to find out what range's their supposed to be in
