I'm in the Philippines & just bought a Honda Super 4 Japanese Surplus. I need help decoding the engine & chassis #'s. These bikes come into the country in pieces & aren't always matched back up.
The Engine# is NC23E-1386609
Frame# is NC31-1016598

Almost 100 looks but no help yet. I think I might be screwed. Every site I visit shows a 17 digit VIN code. Obviously the Japanese don't follow the worldwide rules lol.

 

150+ views & a week later & no help at all. C-mon guys someone has to know something to point me in the right direction. This bike is amazing, with very little modification it is faster & more powerful than any of the 650 Kawasaki's I owned in the past. I can't even find out what the original plugs were in it. Very frustrating
