Hi everyone, I have a 1989 cbr and want to know weather I can put a 92 or 94 head on the motor? It's the face change model and am under impression the engines are the same from 89 onwards but not 100% sure so any advice or info would really be appreciated

 

Only thing I can tell you is that the part numbers for the head most all the internal parts are different and they physically look quite different (89/92). So "the same", no. Will it work, not impossible but seems like a long shot on the surface.
