I cleaned out the gas tank and checked the filter and put new plugs in and now the bike will not start. I have checked the pugs to make sure that they are firing and they do, it is also getting gas the the carbs. I am lost do not know what to do plz help. The bike was runnig before I done all the work. Reason for doing this is because the gas was dead and the bike was not running good it is 99 cbr 600 f4
