I think the easiest and best way would be to wire it directly to your battery.

I have one on my bike and right to the battery simple and easy! Just don't leave anything pluged in when your not riding it could drain the battery.

I should get a radar for my bike...do any work? I've got one in the car and if all I need is a wire for the one on the bike, than I would do that. Let me know if anyone has done same. Thanks!

How can you hear it if it does go off with all the noise and helmet on anyway? You can't exactly be looking down at it all the time to see it going off. Maybe with an ear piece?

seriously keep lighters and fire sources away, the last thing you'd want to see is your fuel tank catch fire

you won't need a radar, if radars around you flash fron the front and you have the plate number on the back only so, look at the bright side, could be fun flashing radars... i flash 4-8 daily!!!

I've had mine for some time and no fires yet. Don't know how you hear it though?
