Default changing a gas tank on a 2005 cbr 1000rr

im changing my gas tank on my 05 cbr 1000 rr. i hooked up the main fuel line. and it did not kick over . i notice there are a few other tubes coming from the bottom of the gas tank that are not connected to anything. would the disconnected hoses stop my bike from kicking over. if so can someone help me out . thanks.

Don't know for sure but; check to hear for the fuel pump being on, engine stop switch is on the right side, fuse isn't blown, you have fuel, and crank it a few times to try to get the air out of the line.

I believe those tubes is for the overflow, but I'm not sure if both are.
