Default CDI testing

I've been having some trouble with my 99 cbr 600 and i think the cdi may be causing it. Is there anyway i can test it out on my own to see if it is the problem, or would i have to take it to a shop and get them to test it. [sm=feedback.gif]
thanks.

Default RE: CDI testing

Unless you are a wizz at electronic's you cannot test it (maybe). But you can test everything else (Voltage reg.,battery,stator,fuses...) & if everthing checks out then it would be your cdi.

What kind of problem's ? You want answer's but only have one question ? be more specific.
