Default CBR600F2 carbs on 2.4L engine :o

hi guys and greetings from downunder!.

ive recently converted my engine from a downdraft stock carby to cbf600f2 carbs.

ive got a few questions regarding my set up
1. do the carbs need to be level or mounted to the fuel bowl is level?
2. the carbs overfuel at idle (fuel dripping out the overflow) im running a 2psi electric fuel pump. carbs have been open and floats been check , all seams ok/moving freely

it overfuels at idle to the point my plugs foul and it stalls. i remove the carbs thinking it was a float issue but they are plastic and cannot be adjusted? it drives great.

any pointers on diagnosing my issue?

theres a video of induction ****.

The carburetors need to be installed so that the float bowls are level. Use the seam where the float bowls attach to the carburetor body as the line to level to.
