Default CBR400 NC23 Carbs questions

Hi all.
Just bought me a nice quad of NC23 bike carbs.
These will be fitted to.... well... my car, an old MK2 Ford Fiesta.
I want to make sure the connections i make are right, as it's my first time with bike carbs.
Some of them, i have no idea what they are for.

So attaching pics and numbers.

Thanks for the help !

In the first pic #1 is the idle speed adjustment, #4 is the fuel inlet, #5 are the fuel bowl drain tubes. The other are vent hoses possibly for emissions I'm not 100% sure on those. #7 I don't know I'd have to check my parts diagram to see if something is supposed to go there. #8 is the drain screw for the fuel bowls shown on #5 there is 1 per carb. #9 is the mixture adjustment screw, also 1 per carb. Not sure about the last picture either I can't remember if my carbs are the same as those or not..

An other question, is there a way to get vac advance for a dizzy from these carbs?
or i'll have to do it on the manifold?

Thanks!

There should be a threaded hole in each carb with a screw capping it that's used to sync them.. you might be able to use that, but don't know how well it would work.

I don't see them in the pictures, it's possible that those don't have them.. but there has to be a way to measure vacuum from each carb individually in order to sync them properly. However, it would probably be easier & might also be more accurate to just port it to the intake box.
