How's everyone? So I recently purchased a 2006 cbr1000rr with 5500 miles on it and I'm having an issue with it that I can't seem to figure out. Recently I was stuck in traffic and noticed the temp went up to 235 and was bubbling out of the coolant over flow. But when driving everything is normal. The coolant level is good the fan comes on as it should. What should I check next? I remember the radiator and found hard blue gell looking stuck which kind of resembles liquid head gasket sealer. Any input helps thanks guys/gals

When the bike is cold (system isn't under pressure), pop the rad cap off and then start the bike. Let it warm up and after a few minutes, look into the rad cap area and see if you see a stream of bubbles.
That would indicate a bad head gasket. If you boiled over in traffic and think you saw head gasket sealer - that's what I'd check next.
Are you saying the coolant level in the reservoir is good? How about the radiator? It should be full as well. If it actually boiled over, the coolant level would be low in the radiator
