Default CBR RR??

As i've just bought my bike and read a bit on this forum just a quick question might seem like a stupid one but here goes. My bike is a 89-90 cbr 1000f in yellow with black tiger stripes okay no probs there. But what i'm not sure of is on the lower half of the front fairing either side are the RR stacked symbols. Did they do an RR version of this bike and if so what are the differences to a standard one or has the previous owner just stuck them for a laugh?? Will leave them on 'cause they look good but just wasn't sure

Sorry bloke, no RR version, although 'RR' and 'Fireblade' stickers are proven 10% horsepower increases!

Didn't think so. Cheers though. Will post a pic when she's all back together and clean of oily hand prints!

And yellow is a scientifically proven faster color.
