Default Cbr f3 electrical prob help!

Okay so I went to drive home last night and my battery was completely and utterly dead, barely turned over the motor once... BRAND NEW BATTERY. so i rolled down a hill and got it started but the low beam acted funny, revved it right up and the low beam went almost a blue and boom, headlight off. Did the same thing to high beam, im thinking wtf... Go to take off down the road and boom, backfire. bike stalls. i roll start it again, guages acting wierd. Bike wouldnt let me run over 3k... Instant assumption, no power. I now have the bike home, put it on the charger and when i turn the ignition forward the headlight will still not come on. and the blinkers arent working right either. I get a buzzing noise and the only light that comes on is the left rear blinker, but a solid light, no blinking. WHAT is going on. I thought it was the rectifier but im no mechanic. I checked the 4 fuses up front as well as one 30amp fuse i found when i took the tank off. What do you guys think it is?????

Most likely it IS the r/r. Do a physical inspection of it and the connector.
Look for signs of heat-related damage. If you find anything,
that's your likely culprit.

the wires by the plug on the r/r will/should look melted if it was indeed the r/r

that's where i'd start if all the fuses are good.
