Greetings folks,

My apologies first and foremost, as I literally know nothing about my bike. I bought it about a month ago and have been slowly fixing it up, learning as I go.

Recently, I had a piece start "dangling" towards the front of my bike. It's purpose, I do not know, so here I am.
