CBR 1100xx Front Rotors 97 vs 99

Can someone tell me if 1999 rotors will bolt onto 1997
"1997 CBR 1100xx Blackbird"

Can you tell me what the difference is between the 99 and the 97? I see that the spoke pattern is different.
