If that's the r/w and you think it goes to the rectifier, that is the + side to the battery. It should probably get connected somewhere by the starter relay. What kind of bike is it?

so did you swap a 900 engine in a 600 frame and still use the 600 wire harness?if not i would check in the 900 section, just to be sure.

Its a CBR 900rr 93' Bike...The engine i took out was a 93 Engine...The engine I put back in the bike was a 93 Engine

no no no...i swapped it for the same exact engine just a working one....

well i took it for a ride yesterday with a new fully charged battery and got maybe a couple of miles and then i came up to a light lost power and couldn't start the bike. I towed it back to the house and didn't bother to mess with it. The next day i tried to start it and it started right up...however it is still losing power and cutting off....wtf is going on here...

The radiator fan is running fine.. Yes it has about 10v coming from it...I traced the wire and it goes to the fuse box and clips on to a piece of metal that is touching one of the fuses....so that is where the power is coming from....so I really don't know what the hell is going on
