Default Bumpy ride

so in the passed couple weeks my F3 has started to be really 'bumpy'
its kinda hard to explain, but even on roads that i know are nice and smooth, the bike acts like its constantly going over small bumps. it does it at pretty much any speed. i dont notice it much at all while accelerating. does it while braking as well.

ive checked my rotors, all well. made sure the tires have correct pressure. and today i found out the rear tire was slightly out of alignment, got that how it should be and it still does it.
at this point im all out of ideas
any help would be great

Sounds like your shock/s may have died/need looked at.

Either they have developed stiction (not sliding smoothly) or the dampening has given up.

There are many reasons why that could be but without seeing anything in person can't guess much more than that.
