Bumpy ride under 50mph

Sup, I just got my bike back from paint and powder coat. . . now while going b/t 30 and 50mph it feels like I am riding over rumble strips. Do I need to get the wheels balanced? Any solutions?

Mine were wierd like then and the tire pressure was way off.

Did you get the rims powdercoated? If so they could have baked them too hot and they could have warped.
