Default Blinker Wiring

Hi all, new to the site, but I did a little looking around first and couldn't find an answer to my question so here goes.

I have a '02 F4i and I recently installed a taillight integrator kit. I got that all wired up good, everything worked except it would just blink fast which believe I need some resistors in order to correct this. Today I installed some HotBody flush mount front turn signals and wired them up and now when I pull the brake it doesn't light up (running brake light works) and both blinkers flash when I signal for a right or left turn (rear doesn't flash at all now though). I am confused as all hell!! The new signals up front were two wire and I got the voltmeter out and determined which was the running light power, flasher, and ground. I attached the ground/ground and the flasher hot to hot. Also when I pull the brake light the front turn signals light up! What is going on here?! Any help on this would be great.

Well, finally after getting all the useful responses from all of you I finally was able to resolve the problem! Turns out it was as easy as adding some resistors, never would have thought they could cause all this trouble. But once again thank you to all of none of you for your lack of help.
