Also, check the pulse generator. Its possible it could have been damaged in the crash. its located behind the clutch cover. If the stator cover was damaged at all, it could be the issue.
Other things that may be causing isues can be the kickstand switch, however, that will usually not let the bike crank over at all. The killswitch can cause issues, as that will allow the bike to crank over, but won't allow any spark.... but it usually also doesn't allow the fuel pump to prime.
Since the fuel pump is priming, I would think the most likely cause would be the pulse generator.
The only part that is a bit scary is the fact that it was firing before, and now its not.
Is there anything else that was unplugged or disconnected since your last attempt? Obscure things that you wouldn't think would have anything to do with it starting can prevent it from doing so.

so i tested the pink wire on the ignition today and i got 9.54 volts
its supossed to be getting 9 volts but would 9.54 work?
also does the rectifier do anything with spark?
when i was trying to get it to start i was pushing a ton of volts through the battery cables cuz my battery was dead and beyond charging would that mess anything up?
i wasnt using jumper cables or a battery box i was using one of these
