Default bike in the trash!

Hi everybody, here is the picture how the motorcycle is looking. I want to put back the forks in their original position, how canI do that? if i push them, the oil inside them will come out. Again, I have 0 experience, if you can explain it to me step by step, i will apreciate it.

Thanks

Guido

pd: I posted the picture twice by mistake
pd: the trash can is holding the bike, otherwise it will be on the floor

oil is coming out because it looks like you have pressure on the bottom of the forks.

Did you try a rebuild without removing the forks?
