Default bigger motor

I want to drop a 1000 motor on my cbr 600 frame I have done extensive work on it new delta box 3 with map, after market breather spacers, fulll 2 bros exhaust, new fairings, sliders front and back, undertail kit, flush mount fronts and rothman's complete fairings with new rims on the way I was wondering if anybody could help me with any type of info model or make of new motor or any upgrades that i could do to the 600 to just keep up with all my friends and their 1000's

I'm not a mechanic.I would sell the six & buy the 1000.Then I wouldwish a pox on everyone that sold me on the Slow bike fast V/S fast bike slow shiz. Cause now you know the truth.On aliter bike you might crap your britches but yoube trying to crap an extra40 horses.

yeah i wanna keep the six because I got it for a little bit of nothing because the guy was scared of it it only had 145 miles on it in 06, more now just a few but i want a crazy sleeper but I will keep lookin i have a few months till i get home from the sand box

Try some track days to get your riding skills up. Then you shouldn't have any trouble whipping your buds on the 1000s.

every body says that but I am a 200 plus rider and it just doesn't have the uhh that i want and I was wondering if any body new any good tech sites that i could find out if it is even possible to do this mod?

Dude, I'm 213lbs. Not bragging but I typically keep up with most 1k riders. It's all in the mind (mostly). A well ridden 600 will beat a poorly ridden 100,000,000 anyday.

well a well ridden 1000 will beat a well ridden 600. Wanna race? I love the 600s that try to keep up on the track.

Also my 954 is lighter than the 600rr for most years which means I accelerate faster and brake later.
