Default Best Place for OEM stuff?

I need to get some misc hardware (some bolts and trim clips) for my F4... What is the best place as far as price, shipping costs, and service?

I know there is:
www.ronayers.com
www.bikebandit.com
www.servicehonda.com

I know I am missing some others... I use the fiche at RonAyers all the time to look stuff up and find bolt sizes.. but I have never ordered from them (or any of the OEM places)

Any advice or experiences welcome.
Adam

All those will work.If you are looking for better prices on misc, nuts and bolts,I normally go to Orchard supply Hardware. They have a large selection of nuts, bolts, clips for pennies each.

I've ordered from all 3. Service Honda will prolly be my default now tho. Ordered a temp sensor from there for my F4i gauge swap. They were the lowest and got the part in my city faster than the other 2 (me picking up from UPS usually adds 2-3 days)

I am going to call SH tomorrow.. RonAyers has some crazy shipping times.. 4-5 days to get the part ready to ship to me? Either they don't stock enough or they insist on having the supplier ship to them and then they ship to me.. weird...

I need some trim clips, a wellnut, and a few bolts...

When I want factory Honda parts, I usually go to my local factory Honda dealership/parts dept. Since the price of these parts is set by Honda - ie. price fixed, the dealership makes it easy for me. There's no shipping & handling costs either, as the dealership has orders coming in every day.

That being said, sometimes there are items that are no longer available from factory Honda that the sites you listed still have. I have purchased from all three you mentioned & had good experiences. They often tell you it will take longer than it actually does to ship. That way, when you get your order in 3-4 days vs 7-8, your much happier. ;-)

Good luck.

OSH has the wellnuts for about .29 cents, dealer has them for $2.49 which is the better deal?I would look for a local hardware store nearby and see if they have them.

I have never heard of Orchard Supply.. Maybe its a Cali thing? I checked the four closest Honda stealerships.. none had even just the 2 basic trim clips I wanted.. so I ordered the stuff from RonAyers... It bothers me that the clips arent there.. especially at the instrument cluster trim..

Thanks all
