How bad is it to ride on a slightly bent rim?

My front rim has a 1/8th(ish) inch bend off center at one spot. I've been riding for a few weeks without knowing it was bent. it must have gotten bent when I hit the curb.

i don't notice any handling issues.

Is there a way to bent it straight or do I need to replace it?
