97/F3 When changing plates...
Should I have the clutch cable fully loose or tightened at the top and bottom when changing the plates... Then adjust up top and bottom after putting in or?

Clutch cable loose to start while replacing plates. Then adjust appropriately at top and bottom. Should always have little bit of free play in clutch lever with slight slack in cable.
