For a couple weeks now I've noticed my headlight will be off in the morning. I read in another thread somewhere that someone's ignition button was sticking in slightly and that was the cause of the issue for them. I leave for work early enough every morning to where it's necessary for me to still have a headlight and I found that tapping the ignition quickly would usually turn the light back on, but if I hit a small bump sometimes it would shut back off and I'd have to do it again. Today I am having the same issue but now the headlight will not stay on at all unless I depress the ignition button ever so slightly. Obviously I can't do that constantly while riding.. I'm just wondering what the best approach to fix this would be?

 

Disassemble button and look broken wires and/or cracked solder blobs.
Resolder broken wires or cracked solder joints.
