Default 954 NEEDS HELP!

Okay, so this might be a very easy question, but I don't know what the heck is going on. I recently replaced the front turn signals with flush mounts... I did all the wiring correctly, and it worked for about an hour. Then all of a sudden, my speedometer, tachometer, and odometer all quit working at the same time while I was riding. What happened and what can I do to fix this? I read the manual for help on lighting and whatnot but I'm getting frustrated I can't seem to find the problem.

HELP!

You have a "HOT" wire grounding out. Re-check ALL the wiring you did on the flush mounts, If you took body panels off when you did it check the wiring behind those as well, look for bare wire showing or pinched wires.
