You didn't really give us much but I just went through troubleshooting a bike not starting today so the below might help. NOTE: I JUST STARTED WORKING ON BIKES BUT AM PRETTY MECHANICALLY INCLINED! I AM IN NO WAY A PROFESSION

1) Check your ignition. Do this by removing a spark plug, holding it against some metal, and then turning the bike over. You should see a blue spark arc across the spark plug. If this is bad, follow the service manual flow chart to find WHY ignition is not occurring. Mine worked fine so do not know the exact details, but I do know you may need tools to check the ignition coil and such. Laying the bike down may have also jiggled loose a spark plug boot, which at the time was in place but has since fallen out, check that these are all fully inserted.

2) If your bike does have ignition, poor a very SMALL amount of gas into a cylinder and roll the bike over. If the bike starts, then the cylinders are not getting gasoline and troubleshoot backwards from the cylinder to the tank. You very well may have hurt the fuel pump or nicked a fuel line to cause a leak sufficient enough to starve the engine.

3) Check to ensure your airbox is free from obstructions. When you dropped your bike, you may have damaged your airfilter or other parts of the airbox that feed air into the carbs. If the air/fuel mixture is not right going into the cylinders, the bike will not start

4) Check your choke cable. If trying to start cold with no success, even when applying choke, the bike may not be getting gas due to a malfunctioning choke system. On my F1 the device is pretty flimsy and very subject to movement, especially if dropped. Remove the tank and ensure the choke is working. Starting a cold engine without choke may be hard to do. It may also be just a matter of lubing the cable with some teflon based cable lubricant.

Aside from all of this, we are all very human and make stupid mistakes (I know I do!) Check that the petcock is in the right position, the kill switch is right, the choke is applied, some bikes will not start in first gear with the kick stand down so ensure you are in neutral.

I hope this may shed some light on the problem and I hope you figure it out soon!

Best of luck to you,
Erik
