Default 91 Cbr 600 F2, bike dies after putting in 1st

Hey, need some suggestions about how to fix this any time I put the bike in first it kicks forward a bit and just dies on me. And yes I have the clutch pulled in, and the kickstand is up. I just have no clue why it would be doing this. Anything will help thanks.

The kickstand switch can go bad.

I cut the wires, there is 3 of them so I’m just confused to why there is 3 instead of 2. Is there is any advice?

Pretty sure your model is like this:
Green will = Ground
Green/White = Stand Up Signal
Yellow/Back = Stand Down Signal.

Jumper the Green and Green/White wires together. This should do the trick. I do believe that the indicator on your cluster will no longer work, just an FYI.

yeah I already spliced them that exact way, and now my bike just won’t turn over, so I have no clue man.
