Hi there, I tried starting the bike today and ran into something odd. The starter kept turning over when I took my thumb off the switch. Hit the kill switch, nothing, turned bike off and again nothing... Disconnected the battery to stop it. I'm thinking it could be a bad relay somewhere, but I'm not sure... Has anyone seen this or have an idea?

would start by checking you starter button, to make sure its not sticking, undo the switch clamp and give it a good clean, if it still does it move on to your starter relay (its by the battery) and make sure it ok.
hope this starts you off, some one else may be along that has had this problem

 

Hi wheelnut! I took the control apart and sprayed the switch with brakeclean. I let it sit from the 17th till today, and it looks like it worked. :-)
