Default 552 turn signal relays?

I have been doing some reading on installing my new
C/A integerated taillights, along with my H/B flushmounts up front. My tailight didnt
come with those big bricks of a resistor, which is fine, cause I'm not really wanting to use
them anyway. I've decided to just by a relay and put in, should keep everything nice and clean.

In reading the forums, I have found 2 different solutions using a relay.

the first, found on another nameless CBR forum pertains to using a BOSS #552 relay,
claims it will fix the quick blinking caused by LED's. Great, that relay is $3.00 ....but, when
I read the descriptions, it is a thermal relay. Now I thought that was the original problem, not enough
resistance to cause the OEM relay to "thermally" switch. How's this one gonna be any different?

The other solution, which I know will solve the issue, http://www.customled.com/PRODUCTS/FL...sher_relay.htm ,
it's $20.00 Not that much $, but if I can spend $3 I would rather do that.

So I guess my question is, has anybody used the #552 with an all LED setup?
what are your thoughts?
