Default 2008 CBR600rr won't turn over

Ok guys I really hope you can help me out here. I was hit by a car going around a right hand turn at about 30. She was in a land rover, on the cell not paying attention driving in the middle of the road and I leaned hard to avoid her but my tires were still pretty cold as I had only been on the bike for about 1 1/2 miles and I low sided. Her back left tire hit the front of my bike dead center. The bike actually is in pretty good condition considering it was basically head on, both parties going about 30. Well the bike will still turn on the gauges, headlights and the fuel pump still buzzes when you turn the key to "on" but it won't turn over. I can't figure out why. I've stripped the fairings off and done a small walk through, but I can't figure out what's exactly wrong. I have many ideas but I want some outside input on what the problem could be. Unfortunately I'm in Arkansas until September for work and my bike is back in AZ where I live. So my roommate and his dad are going to help me out a little bit.

I've been riding for 2 1/2 years, tracked, and put about 23k miles on bikes Between my old SV650s and my CBR.
My roommate has been riding since he was 6 and he's 20.
Roommates dad has been riding for 40+ years and is a freaking genius with bikes, but is unfortunately very busy with work and lives 50 miles away from us so yeah.

We have ideas I'm just trying to get some more and get my baby back in the canyons.

What happens when you hit the starter? Does she crank but not fire? Nothing? Do the lights dim?

Could have damaged the computer. When mine did this exact same the ECU was bad. Bought a used one off of ebay and wired it all up and it fired up first shot. Or like the above post, the angle sensor. It is something electronic telling it not to fire.

I was looking online and doing research and such and I got a lot on the bank angle sensor. But where the hell is it?? Like I've read that it's under the tank fairing in the center kinda near the stabilizer. But i don't even know what to look for. But I figured it's electronic since it's still compressing. But the fuel pump still buzzes when I turn it on so doesn't that mean it can be the bank angle sensor? Because it completely cuts off all electricity to the fuel pump.

On my 08 1000rr the BAS is located in the center of the nose fairing. Check there first. You can bypass the BAS by jumpering together the two outer wires. Leave the center one alone or you'll blow a fuse if you try to jumper it against one of the other two.

If it'll help, a schematic of what the BAS looks like on your bike is in this link at Honda Toledo East, part #6.
