Default 2002 954 cct question?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What the easiest way to get to that top bolt on the 2002 954 cct. I was debating on changing the cct but it looks like the bolt is almost impossible to get to . Any help or assistance would be appreciated.

Remove the tank. You should have posted this question in the 954 section.

Yup. You can do it without the tank being completely removed but you will have to un bolt the whole thing and prop it out of the way. You could prop it to the left side of the bike. Its going to be a tight squeeze regardless but much much easier than trying to do it from the side of the frame. You shouldnt have to remove the side fairing, being able to access it from under the tank should do the trick. Removing the tank completely can get messy so I would just prop it over.

Only reason why i said to post in the 954 is because you will get alot more input seein as how i only monitor that section, the 929 and off topic section. Luckly enough I saw this when scrolling the main page.
