I have a 2001 f4 that has been in a wreck. I bypassed angle sensor and it started right up. When I go to give it any gas it will cut off and act like it is flooded? I have tried letting it run for 15mins and still does the same thing. I went to give it gas and it cut off. Then went to start it and my battery was drained??

Also there was a sensor that looks very similar to angle sensor that was crushed. I uplug that sensor but I have no clue what it controls?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just dont wont to start tearing it down when it might be something simple.

 

go to this website: http://www.stephygee.com/ and download the manual. identify the "crushed sensor" and then come back.....when ur bike is idling does it sound like a 2 stroke??? could be plugs if they are fouled out...

 

Now that you mention it yes it does sound like a 2 stroke. I will check plugs when I get home and let you know.
