Default 2001 cbr 600 f4i

Have a problem fuel pump not priming and spark plugs not getting fire replaced fuel pump New wiring harness replaced cdi still nothing three shops still nothing started day before took it to shop turned it off never started back up

Check Battery, then ignition switch, then main fuses, then swap ECU if you have good wiring.

I have done all the above still having same problem

Headlight working?

IIRC, the BAS circuit runs though the headlight.

New harness in front headlight has always worked the engine have shut off while riding and start back up bout ten minutes

You failed to mention this piece of information.

Have you bypassed the BAS and tried it?

A while back, mine was shutting off after 40 minutes of riding and then would need to sit before the pump would start working again. Bad BAS....

Also check kill switch and side stand switch. I'm also thinking rectifier is overheating.
