I spent a few hours going to every auto parts store and motorcycle shop in town today. I did finally manage to find the brake bulbs and replaced those, they work fine now. The turn signals on the other hand are nowhere to found, napa could special order them for me but I would have to buy an entire box for $24 or so.

Hey thank you for the site. I managed to find what I think are the correct bulbs there and plan to order some. They are the same voltage etc, but seeing as they are OEM bulbs and I have an aftermarket light ,I am not sure if they are the correct kind. There is no picture so I cannot tell if their are two posts (metal spots) on the bottom of the OEM bulbs I plan to order. My aftermarket signal will only accept two posts on the bottom.

To anyone who has replaced turn signal bulbs on their F4, do you know if the stock turn signal bulbs have two posts on the bottom?

If I know this I can order my replacements, thank you!
