My 2000 CBR 600 rr F4 is overheating early.. i have recently changed oil filter, oil is level, changed and flushed radiator and made sure to remove air pockt. Also, I wired my fan to run automatically when i start the bike in an effort to keep it cool. Seems to be about half cm from the red line after about an hour or so?
Any more ideas?

check the fuse box under your seat. the fan fuse may be busted. my 99 F4 was overheating the other day. once i realized the fan was not turning on, i checked the fuse and BINGO! swaped it out with another 10A mini fuse and she was good to go. hope this helps.

was it overheating before you did the coolant change and flush?
Does overheat even when riding? or this only sitting?
Im not sure if this applies to you, but...If the bikeis idling sitting still, it will always run up in temp. Every bike out there needs air to be moving. If your bike is parked running, the fan on the bike is bairly enough to keep it cool.the bike will run near its top temp if its parked idling even with the fan going. Once you start driving it, it should cool back down.
You shouldnt need the run the fan all the time. I understand why you did, but thats only putting a bandaid on the problem. and, this is putting an electrical drain on a system that is barely sufficient as it is. Once you get problem figured out, unhardwire the fan and let it operate the way its suppose to.
