FE
If you have the money to spend, the Competition Werkes FE kit is excellent. Its precision cut stainless & solid. Too, for trackdays, the license plate bracket removes easily leaving a nice smooth undertail. If the CW is too pricey, you can easily make your own. There are threads here on that.
Tail light
Ironically, I've just replaced both tail light bulbs. The L side went out a few mos ago...then, the R side went out last wk. Guess they're useful life is 10-11 yrs. ;-) I can tell you that the factory replacement Sylvania bulbs are brighter than the orig ones...& they're only $2. Give new bulbs a try...if they please you, then you've only spent $4-$5.
If you're wanting a dif lighting option, there are LED tail lamps avail on *bay, etc. I can't say that they're "brighter" necessarily but they do have more lighting points...which may be more noticeable - depending on your viewpoint.
Headlight
Same principle here for the headlight as for the tail light...give a new bulb a try...it will be brighter & less expensive than a HID/other assembly. I upgraded to a Candlepower bulb but there are others that are bright as well. Again, you'll get brighter light for less money than more expensive mods.
If you're set on a HID option, you're prob going to have to rig up your own kit. I haven't actually seen a ready made "kit" persay, available strictly for the F4.
Good luck on your options.
