Chain tension is adjusted based on the bikes specifications, not how much weight is being put on the bike. How tight the chain gets is based on the distance of the sprockets from each other and the pivot point of the swing arm. When the sprockets and swingarm are in a straight line, then that's as tight as the chain is going to get. It doesn't matter how much weight you put on it. A single rider on a bike causes the suspension to travel through this point all the time, so you don't need to do anything special here.
