im working on this 06 600 RR. fuel pump wont prime unless i send power with power probe. BAS has been by-passed by previous owner. I've checked power to 3 pin connectors for fuel pump. relays, b16 on ECU. everything is getting power. I didn't want to condemn the fuel pump, but not really sure what else to check, Any thoughts?

 

Kill switch could be the problem.

 

If the fuel pump primes with direct power it’s unlikely to be faulty, almost certainly in the interlock circuitry or in the final wiring to the pump. What, exactly, do you mean by getting power to the 3 pin connectors? I’m guessing that the earth line from the pump is open circuit.
