I have an 03' CBR600RR and i can not get the fuel pump to kick on until i bypass the low fuel flow relay. The relay itself is not bad i have swapped it out with others. The bike will run and idle fine with the relay jumpered it just will not start unless i jumper the relay the fuel pump never kicks on with out jumpering the relay. Any ideas?

 

YOu need to give some more information.

Did the bikes fuel pump just quit working?
Did you add any mods?
Did you have a crash?
Did you buy the bike this way?

A litle more detail will help people here diagnosis the problem. As of now, there are far too many variables that should be answered first.
