I just got my headlights back from having haols installed and now my bike will not start. I have looked through old post and can't find a solution. When I try to start: the low beam and tailight come on and the bike fires but will not start. Nothing on the guage cluster is working and no high beam, signals, horn, or fuel pump noise. I have checked the fuses (many times) tested the battery 12.8 cold and above 11.3 while trying to start. I also checked to make sure the tps sensor was right side up and have checked all connections. The bike was working great before I sent the lights off. While they were gone I changed oil and installed k&n filter. This is a stock 600rr other than halos. Any ideas?

Is the fuel pump priming the injectors when the ignition switch is turned to 'ON'?

 

The fuel pump is not priming the injectors when the ignition switch is turned toon.

 

did you reset the BAS?

Yes I have done that also.

 

Did you check the fuse under the tank?

 

Where is it under the tank? I looked but did not see it. I checked the ones under the seat and on the side.

 

Im guessing the one under the tank is the same as under the seat. But check your front fuses, that is probably the problem. Replace the one that is labled as u need.

 

Sorry. not a fuse, a relay. my bad. it's below the tank under the left side mid fairing. it's the first (from the left) of the three relays hanging there. take it off and test it as such:
